Today, however, we are looking at the eatables that are a part of our daily life and which have some hidden benefits. We must continue to have them in our diet that would certainly help us with the problem of how to eat a healthy diet.

Let’s just start with breakfast. In my experience, the best breakfast that has proven to provide energy and nutrients is the best to consume. All of us should be aware of “How to eat a healthy diet” on a daily basis because it is important for our body to consume the right amount of food and intake healthy things.


1. Egg 

Eggs

It doesn’t matter you eat boiled or fried eggs, you should try to eat one daily in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Instead of being a great energy source, Eggs help us to keep up with our daily nutrient intake. The yolk being rich in Vitamins like A, B1, B12, B6, D, and folate also provides us with zinc, calcium, and lecithin. It is also rich in the antioxidant lutein and an excellent source of omega-3. While being the bioavailable protein, it helps in controlling Cholesterol and is fat-free with a low-calorie content. 


2. Milk 

Milk

Well, just two glasses of milk, means start and end the day with it can contribute to keeping you healthy. But How? Milk contains nine essential nutrients that contribute to our health and the reason being it is considered as one of the healthy foods to eat everyday.

  • Calcium helps in building bones and teeth
  • Protein works as an energy source and helps in muscle building. 
  • Potassium is good for blood pressure.
  • Phosphorous provides strength to the bones and produces energy.
  • Vitamin D provides strength to our bones.
  • Vitamin A helps in maintaining healthy vision and skin while providing strength to our immune. 
  • Riboflavin converts the food we intake into energy. 
  • Niacin helps in metabolism.
  • Vitamin B12 helps to maintain RBC. 


3. Salad 

Salad

It’s easy to prepare a salad at home, and it’s healthy. A simple salad of onion, tomato, and cucumber every day benefits your health a lot. Tomatoes at first are rich in Lycopene, antioxidants, and contain Vitamins C, which is good for the heart. On the other hand, onions help improve our immune system in the generation of White Blood Cells and lower the total body Cholesterol.  Cucumber has various benefits :

  • High water contents contribute to the removal of toxic substances in the body 
  • Its alkaline nature makes it very useful in acidity 
  • It helps in lowering total Cholesterol. 


4. Almonds 

Almonds

Almonds when coming to your health are off great use, but you might want to soak it first and peel it off because it’s peel inhibits the absorption of nutrients. These are the superfoods that you should not forget adding in your diet. Almonds are also good food for pregnant women as they help in managing the weight of the baby. So why Almonds, 

  • Almonds are rich in Vitamin E 
  • Having low carbohydrate content but rich in protein, healthy fats, and fiber helps maintain your weight.
  • Almonds help in maintaining blood sugar levels.
  • Eating nuts like almonds also decrease breast cancer risk, the study says and not me. 

My recommendation will be 2-3 almonds daily pre-soaked in water with no peels.


5. Fruits

Fruit can be found in any household efficiently, and the most common ones are bananas and apples.

(I) Banana

  • Banana is indeed a superfood containing more nutrients than apple indeed. It is rich in vitamin C and potassium.
  • It helps in maintaining body glucose levels.
  • Banana is super useful for quick energy requirements.
  • Having high potassium helps to improve the blood circulatory system and circulates more blood to the brain and heart.
  • Banana is rich in Vitamin B6 and can also help to banish PMS pain 

(II) Apple 

  • Apple contains multiple nutrients like Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, etc.
  • Apple contains soluble fiber that lowers blood cholesterol and hence a healthy heart 
  • Apple promotes good gut bacteria.

(III) Dates

A date might not be that common, but if you don’t eat them, pal starts feeding them. They are a healthy food diet to consume daily. The benefits of dates are as follows-

  • Dates are a rich source of antioxidants.
  • Dates help in maintaining blood sugar levels.
  • They help in reducing the blood pressure and maintaining bone mass 
  • Dates are perfect for the brain and are a quick energy source.

They will help you maintain good health, and I have shared them because I have them in my routine, and I lead a fit and healthy life.
